But fuel that isn’t used becomes weight we don’t want. Weight gain and weight loss can be as easy as simple math, calories consumed minus calories burned. Whether you’re prepping for a competition, or trying to lose unwanted fat, I can help you set reasonable goals and make use of your current shopping list to help you reach them.
